Pricing that scales with your practice

Yes. You can manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. The billing screen shows when a selected plan change takes effect before you confirm it.

Web access pauses, but your captured data is retained for when you return. The Chrome extension remains free. Activate a paid plan to restore web-app access and paid features.

Your trial runs for seven days with no card required. It unlocks every Premium feature, up to seven seats, and 500 AI credits — a paid plan's larger monthly allowance begins when you activate one. Choose the plan you’d like to continue with; whichever you pick, the trial itself carries Premium's features. Nothing is activated or charged automatically when the trial ends: web access pauses until you activate a plan, and your captured data is waiting when you do.

Starter includes 1 seat, Pro includes 3, and Premium includes 7. A pending invitation reserves a seat — an invite you have sent but that has not been accepted still occupies one, so it counts toward your total until it is accepted or revoked. Active members of an organization use the organization owner's subscription, subject to that plan's seat limit. AI usage is shared: every member draws from the owner's balance, so one member's usage reduces what the rest of the team has left. Top-ups bought by any member go to that same shared balance.
