Questions, answered
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. On Free you keep capturing your full docket and catching changes — you just see your first 3 changes in full, and calendar sync, export and AI pause until you upgrade again. Everything's still there the moment you come back.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans cancel any time. Annual plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee — if it's not the right fit, email us in the first two weeks for a full refund.
