Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. The billing screen shows when a selected plan change takes effect before you confirm it.
What happens when my trial or paid access ends?
The web app locks, but your captured data is retained for when you return. The Chrome extension remains free. Choose a paid plan to restore web-app access and paid features.
How does the trial work?
Every trial includes seven days of full Premium access with no card required. Choose the plan you’d like to continue with after your trial — whichever you pick, the trial itself is full Premium. When the seven days end, activate that plan to keep web-app access; until you do, paid features are locked.
How do team seats work?
Starter includes 1 seat, Pro includes up to 3, and Premium includes up to 7. Active members of an organization use the organization owner's subscription, subject to that plan's seat limit. AI usage is shared: every member draws from the owner's balance, so one member's usage reduces what the rest of the team has left. Top-ups bought by any member go to that same shared balance.
