Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. The billing screen shows when a selected plan change takes effect before you confirm it.
What happens when my trial or paid access ends?
Web access pauses, but your captured data is retained for when you return. The Chrome extension remains free. Activate a paid plan to restore web-app access and paid features.
What happens during the trial?
Every new account gets a 7-day, card-free trial with Premium features, up to eight seats, and a 500-unit AI-usage allowance — whichever plan you pick here. The plan you choose is your intended paid plan; a paid plan's larger monthly allowance begins when you activate one. Nothing is activated or charged automatically when the trial ends: web access pauses until you activate a plan, and your captured data is waiting when you do.
Can I add more people to my plan?
Starter covers 1 named user and Pro covers 4. Neither sells additional seats — a fifth person means moving to Premium.
Premium includes 8 named users. Need more than your plan includes? Email support@clynt.ai and we'll arrange seats for the rest of your team with you.
A seat adds a person, nothing else. Every plan keeps its own feature set, and AI usage is shared across your organization — the allowance comes with the plan, so adding people does not add usage. Every member draws from the organization owner's balance, and top-ups bought by any member go to that same shared balance.
The account owner uses one seat, and a pending invitation reserves a seat — an invite you have sent but that has not been accepted still occupies one, so it counts toward your total until it is accepted or withdrawn. Active members of an organization use the organization owner's subscription, subject to that plan's named users.
